"It Was Clear To Us She Had a Plan for Success with a Winning Team! Here is our story. Summer of 2018 we had decided to put our home up for sale with another agency without successful results. Approximately three months in we terminated our contract with great disappointment. Upon doing so we started getting calls from marketing agents who wanted to sell our home. So we started scheduling appointments with them to see what they could do and offer. It was quite amazing how many didn't even show up. Complete disrespect for our time. The few that did were unorganized unprofessional had no plan and could not answer simple questions. We felt lost and ready to give up! It was obvious to us she was the one we needed. After all this is a business decision for us and a large one at that. So the Long and short of it. She put our home on the market to go live on a Wednesday with no one to see it till Saturday's open house. By Saturday night we had a above asking price offer with a back up offer! How we see it. She sold our home in one day! Out Standing! It goes to show with professionalism, organization and experience one can plan FOR SUCCESS and achieve it WITH A WINNING TEAM!
